Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- provides direct patient care to patients on the skilled and/or rehab unit
- works under the direction of a registered nurse
- collects data, administers medications, documents and performs nursing procedures competently as ordered

Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse, eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Positive attitude, with enthusiasm for caring for our community
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Must have valid driver's license
