Job Description: Job Overview The Oncology Immediate Care Clinic (OICC) Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility for providing patient focused health care. The OICC nurse will utilize the nursing process, communication skills, and problem solving techniques to deliver quality care. The OICC nurse will also be responsible for the knowledge and technical skill needed to operate a variety of mechanical devices to accomplish this task. The OICC nurse is accountable for the age groups (average age group populations includes adults and geriatrics) as defined in the scope of care. The OICC RN must be ACLS certified and have a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing with a minimum of two years' experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit.
