Per Diem RN - Akers Maternal Fetal Center - Visalia SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems. This position is responsible for coordination of the patient's plan of care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions that lead to established outcomes. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's policies. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree preferred. This position requires a valid California RN license as well as Basic Life Support (BLS). Bilingual skills are preferred. POSITION DETAILS: Per-Diem Position; Must be able to work a minimum of 2 days per week, 3 days per week is preferred. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. LOCATION: Visalia, CA
